Built on the core principles of absolute excellence and relentless pursuit, we’re committed to protecting and growing our investors’ capital so that they can focus on what matters most to them.  Leveraging extensive market knowledge, transactional experience, and local relationships, we work tirelessly to identify unique opportunities, often without competition from other buyers. We utilize proprietary models, industry leading data, and highly refined processes to create and execute on situations with the potential for asymmetric upside.

Carter Olles and Will Toonen co-founded and serve as the Managing Partners of Nautilus. Prior to joining Nautilus, Carter ran Midwest acquisitions for an institutional private equity firm, directly acquiring more than $800M of real estate and participating in over $4B of total transactions. Will facilitated corporate and commercial real estate risk management for clients at a large commercial insurance company, developed single family homes across Northeastern Wisconsin, and co-founded a podcast with 1M+ average monthly impressions.
